MY FAVORITE AUTHORS OF ALL TIME...

my favorite authors of all time....

when i was a kid, i'm not fond of reading books.. i usually read only the beginning of the book because i 'm having a hard time of focusing in one thing.. sometimes, i'm reading some books to make me sleep at night.. but when i reach highschool, i started to read a lots of books.. at first, it was just a necessary because of book report and blah blah blah... but on the long run, it made me realize that it helps me a lot.. aside from learning a lot of new things, it help you to focus one things and finish everything you've started.. here are just few authors that i love the most...

1. Paulo Coelho

actually, i started to read coelho's work when my dad was been hospitalized due to stroke(i just need to be awake so that i could give his needs).. at first i don't like his works because for me it's not interesting but when i started to read his first well known book (the alchemist), i started to have an interest in reading not just that book but also his other book.. aside from the alchemist, i already red Eleven minutes and zahir and my next book would be Veronika decides to die...

2. sidney sheldon

this feminist author made me read a lot of his work... actually, his book, Windmills of the God is my first book report i've done... eventhough a lot of his characters are women and most them are traggic and never a happy ending, i find interest in reading his books.. there is always a lot of twist and turns in his story.. his best work for me is the rage of angels ( a story about a lawyer named jennifer Parker, who had an affair with adam, a married man and incoming senator, having a fiasco with michael, a famous member of an organized crime families in america and on the latter end having a love triangle between the three).. it has a lot of twist and unfortunately, a traggic ending... aside from windmills of the god and rage of angels, i already finished some of his work like nothing last forever, the sands of time, bloodline, and the other side of midnight... i highly recommend all this books..

3. J.K. Rowling

i would be shock if book lovers don't know this author.. almost all the book afficionado already red her work and i bet, they love it.. i started to read her work when the first movie of harry potter made into the screen.. (and i truly believe that the book is better than the movie) i finished the series of Harry Potter and i'm wishing that there would be a book 8... the best for me among the harry potter series is the Book 4 (goblet of fire) and the last book(deathly hallows).. what i like about rowling is when i'm reading his works, i find easy to understand everything about the story.. it made me imagine that i'm on the story itself... and his last series of the harry potter never failed my expectations...

4. Dan Brown

the master of contemporary fiction.. he would made you think that this might be true and doubt your religion.. actually, i started to read his work because of my teacher in College.. she said this book is very interesting.. out of curiosity and a lot of debate especially on Christian side, i read this book and find very entertaining.. i, for one is devoted catholic but this book is only just pure entertainment for me.. about his book, i prefered angels and demons rather his most popular work the da vinci code.. i couldn't wait to see the screening of angels and demons this May...

5. stephenie Meyer

the one who created the vampire in the modern time.. i loved her series about a vampire named edward cullen and bella swan.. i already finished the 4 books(twilight, new moon, eclipse, and breaking dawn) and hoping for another one..(yes i'm thinking what if there would be a fight between the volturi and the side of bella and edward... it would be interesting especially it is a very equal match.. i'm excited, who is much stronger than the two groups..) aside from the love story of bella and edward, what fascinate me is how she made the story very contemporary.. we already know that vampire are just myths and old stories but she made the twilight very applicable and very contemporary that made everyone very, very ease with the story... among the 3 books, i love the first one (twilight).. it is very light and very exciting.. (unfortunately, the movie is not as good as the book) i want to read her other work like the host.. i hope this is good as the twilight series...

so these are my five favorite author of all time... i know we had alot of opinion but their works are the best for me and i'm ready to bet all my money in my wallet if you didn't love any of their works... so bye for now.. i hope i could do this for another time...
